Policies for Warranty, Returns, and Refunds

If you are not covered in the unusual event that it occurs, please review the Warranty Exemptions and Notes below.
Warranty and Return Guidelines:
20-Day General Warranty Guidelines
- The item is defective when it arrives or malfunctions.
- When there is a manufacturing flaw
- If the product does not live up to our promised standards (please do not break the seal and tell us within 24 hours),
- Unless the good is defective or damaged, there will be no acceptance of cancellations, returns, or exchanges
Note: Customer must bear the delivery charges for Brand warranty claims. Any delay will not be acceptable. We won’t take any complaints if the product packaging box is missing.
Refund Guidelines
Only in cases when an item is misplaced, unavailable from our inventory, returned, damaged or not what we represented are refunds granted.
We will evaluate your item as soon as it arrives and let you know that we have received your returned item. After reviewing the item, we will let you know within 72 hours regarding the status of your refund.
We will start processing a refund to your bank cards, mobile finance service, or in-store credits if your return is accepted.
The reimbursement will be sent to you in two to ten business days. We’ll take the delivery fee out of your refund.
